How to upload branding images
From the dashboard you will see ^Header ^Avatar Links in the top right corner of the default header. By clicking these you will be prompted to upload an image no larger than 5mb. Once you have selected a image, hit the upload button and your new image will be loaded to the page.
How to get QR code
From the dashboard you will have a direct button labeled "QR Code". From there you be able to download and save your custom QR code to use however you please.
How to create a new account
Hit the "Get Started" button!
How to recover password
This feature is located at the bottom of the login page. Remember the E-Mail address you used to make your account is the same E-Mail address that must be provided to recover a lost password!
How to update account information
Log-in to your account, go to "Account Settings" section, and make the necessary changes. Remember to save your updates before exiting the page.
Can the DJ be contacted directly
This can be achieved 1 of 2 ways...Users can utilize the comments box inside a song request or they can reach out to the dj through provided social media page links on their profile.
Can multiple songs be requested
No. We designed the site so only 1 song can be requested at a time to avoid spam and abuse.
What happens when a subscription expires
When a subscription expires, RequestSheet profiles deactivate and will not be able to accept requests, share social media, or allow tipping. To renew your subscription, please visit the subscription page in your account settings.
How to tip
Located at the top of every profile page is the "Tip Me" button. PayPal, Venmo, CashApp links will be provided. This will take you directly to the corresponding app to complete a transaction.
Why did my IP address get blocked
IP addresses get temporarily blocked when the DJ thinks you are abusing the platform. Permanent blocks are issued when a user is violating terms of service. If a mistake was made, please contact our support team for assistance.
How to know if a song request is accepted
If a valid email address was entered when requesting the song the user will be notified via that address once the DJ accepts the request.
How to submit a song request
Simply navigate to the DJ's RequestSheet profile, and hit "Make a Request" Button.
